Magical mouth openers (tool pzS-kf) used in the ritual of opening the mouth (wpt r). There is a version that this tool was used to cut the umbilical cord in newborns. Complicated text, here you need to puzzle over what the pronouns .f refer to (like everything refers to t3 "earth") and .sn (like qbḥw, which is plural, as evidenced by the demonstrative pronoun jpn, rather than the word xt) . In the penultimate line, the .f could refer to ṯ3w as well, but in everything the earth originates the text, hence the translation.
